A travel fee will apply if the instructor is required to travel more than 30 miles from our base location. This fee ensures your experience remains grounded, uninterrupted, and supported with the same level of intentionality, no matter where it’s held.

This is a beginner friendly intimate session for couples. It includes a 20 minute consultation, 1 hour yoga session, and 10 minute guided meditation. Each couple will gain knowledge that strengthens the connection of mind and body through a series of postures and poses. Couples yoga strengthens communication between partners, promoting intimacy, trust, and overall health. All materials will be provided.
