To ensure the best and safest experience for all participants, a completed waiver form is required before attending any yoga session—whether virtual or in person. This helps us better understand your needs and tailor your session with care.
For in-person sessions, please note:
A travel fee will apply if the instructor is required to travel more than 30 miles from our base location. This fee ensures your experience remains grounded, uninterrupted, and supported with the same level of intentionality, no matter where it’s held.
Thank you for honoring these steps as part of your wellness journey. We can’t wait to connect with you.
Kemetic Reiki also called Sekhem Energy Healing is a non-invasive ancient Kemet (Egypt) energy healing modality that is channeled through the hands, in a similar manner to Reiki, to help realign, release, and shift the blocked / stagnant layers of energy around the body. Kemetic Reiki uses healing hands, crystals, aromatherapy, essential oils, sound therapy, hekau (healing mantras) and symbols to clear your aura and bring harmony and balance in your entire being through the energy centers known as aritu (chakras).
-Benefits: Activate divine life force energy (Sekhem), connect to ancestral memory, alleviate chronic and acute pain, improve energy flow in the body, calms the nervous system, improve sleep, reduce stress, anxiety, and tension, and release emotional and energetic blockages.
-Frequency: Depends on your individual needs, but general recommendations include weekly or biweekly sessions for general maintenance, more frequent sessions (e.g., every few days) during challenging times (before heavy cycle, etc).
-Avoid: If you feel uncomfortable or lack trust in the practitioner.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are ‘bathed’ in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
-Benefits: Reduce stress, improve mood, enhance sleep and emotional healing, promote relaxed state through meditative sound frequencies, lower stress hormones like cortisol, facilitate emotional release and balance, quiet the mind and body, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system leading to a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure.
-Frequency: Optimum recommendation is 1-2 times a month, however you can participate as often as you wish.
-Avoid: If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or other metal implants, as the vibrations could trigger seizures or affect the device. Consult a doctor before attending if you have medical conditions, such as severe anxiety, PTSD, recent head injuries, or other neurological disorders, as sound vibrations could bring up intense emotions or have adverse effects.
